Traditional Gelato course

Mario Morpurgo

Graduated in Electronic, discovers soon his passion for the traditional gelato. Attends the Alma school of Gualtiero Marchesi. After few experiences as gelatiere in Rome and the Hotel Four Season, of Milan he opens his own artisan gelato shop L'Altro Gelato in Trieste.

Mario encourages the use of natural products, better if local and organically, thinking that the authentic gelato is a healthy food.

Giovanni Smaila

With a degree in Economics and Commerce, he is a fiscal and administration consultant by profession. Approaches the 100% natural, artisan and traditional gelato world when he meets Mario. Attends different courses, like as the Longarone fair with the gelato masters of Val di Zoldo.

Giovanni intersects the gelato world with the economic and administrative aspects to take care for who want to open a business.
