This course is for who wants to discover the techniques, the taste, the flavors and combinations of the vegan gelato. To can create a own recipes pack without using alternative milks, such as soy, oat, rice, and only with the addition of water.
The water technique makes the gelato more tasty and intense. Original flavours with flowers, dried fuits, coffee, cereals, fruits, different kinds of brown sugars, without milk, to enhance all the genuine taste.

The Vegan Artisan Gelato Course lasts 2 weeks in Trieste and costs 1.500€ + VAT.
